Laborers
Our laborers are our boots on the ground: the men and women who dedicate their hard work and natural talents toward our all-encompassing goal of exceeding our clients’ expectations. Don’t have any landscaping experience? So long as you have the drive and the enthusiasm to deliver amazing results, that’s all we need. And if you do have experience, great! We’re sure you can teach us a few things, too.
Foremen
Our foremen oversee our laborers and assume the weighty responsibility of driving our landscaping projects forward. A great foreman should know how to motivate their team members, enjoy opportunities to interact with our clients and help them understand what we’re doing at their properties, and never sacrifice quality for the sake of convenience.
Designers
Our designers conceive and illustrate the ideas that have made our name synonymous with brilliant landscaping across the Twin Cities. If you are well-versed in computer-aided design, possess a keen eye for aesthetics, and are already familiar with the core concepts of landscape planning, then you have just the skillset that will help you go far at LCI Landscapes.
